Residential Lots for Sale
Phase III of the Residential Development is well underway. We will have twenty-five lots for sale in this final phase. Each lot has access to the runway. There are a few runway lots still available. We already have reservations on five lots. Come and live with your plane!! Taxi out of your hanger and fly into our beautiful blue skies.
Each lot is ¾ to one and ½ acre in area. They all have views of the Mountains and the Air Park. Some lots are wooded for added privacy. Water is provided by Tuckaleechee Water District and electric is provided by the City of Alcoa. We are in the process of installing our own waste treatment system. All utilities are underground.
Each lot is covered by Deed Restrictions as recorded in Blount County, Tennessee. This will protect your investment. There are modest monthly fees to defer the costs of maintaining the common grounds. Lots start at $65,000.
